Please note: Aluminium rails have a black coating (RAL 9005) to create a dark background for gaps of up to 10 mm. The paint on the rails may become chipped during transport and handling. Any minor chips that are visible in wide gaps can be touched up with black paint. This is very easy to do, but is the builder or fitter’s responsibility. The black coating may fade over time. To avoid this, we advise customers to have aluminium rails anodised when using profiles with gaps of more than 10 mm.
